Hue City Tour and Sunset on Perfume River

Our guide picks up at your hotel, we will visit the Hue' royal complex covering an area of 500 ha and a system of three circles of ramparts, namely from outside to inside: Kinh Thanh (Capital Citadel), Hoang Thanh (Royal Citadel) and Tu Cam Thanh (Forbidden Citadel). At the first circle, we will visit the Flag tower. Moving inside the Royal citadel, there stand the Noon Gate, Thai Hoa palace, The Nine Dynastic Urns and The Mieu dedicated to the Nguyen King’s ancestors. The Forbidden Citadel is now a ruin behind Thai Hoa Palace. Some were reconstructed and can be visit such as Royal Theater. We will then visit Dong Ba market around noon time to see how the local people prepare for their lunch. Follow lunch, take a short drive to a lush valley of the river where seven tombs were built for seven Nguyen emperors where we will visit Emperor Minh Mang’s tomb. Boarding your private dragon boat to cruise back to the inner city. Enjoy sunset on Perfume River. Disembark at Thien Mu pagoda. Take a walk up and pray for yourself before transfer back to your hotel. Tour ends.
