Payment online conditions

Payment must be made by major credit card (Visa Card & Master Card). When make full payment or deposit. Consumer doesn’t pay any surcharge fees such as: services charge, taxes or bank fee. Consumer pay the nett rate. Guaranteed! When Consumer decides to confirm the booking. Seagulls Travel will send the Online Credit Card Form. Consumer just fill out Credit Card information (secure system is provided by www.onepay.vn). How to payment by credit card? We connect with VNPAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment. 

Card type selection The payment gateway interface will appear as below for you to select the card type you are going to pay with: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

II. Pay by bank transfer

International bank transfer

You can also pay by international bank transfer. Note that it usually takes about 5-7 business days for the payment to arrive. The information for international bank transfer is as below:

At first, you need to complete one of the reservation forms on our website by click “ PLAN A TRIP” directly or via contact form, please make sure that you have given us your email address and phone number. As soon as we receive your request we will contact you to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 hours, latest within 8 hours for package tours, within 2 hours for day tour.
