Highlights:
This trip is to take you to an ancient village where live moments appear in every corner. Now it is well-known vermicelli noodles village. The rest of the day will be in center of Hanoi with Hoan Kiem lake, water puppet show and the most interesting museum of Hanoi.
Itinerary:
Pick up at 7.30 am at your hotel. Heading South to Cu Da village where you can see and learn how the people make the vermicelli from arrowroot. The village is also home to an interesting mix of architecture: traditional housing, tube houses, French influences and modern houses. In addition, its main temple, Cu Da pagoda, is attractive and well-kept and other cultural and interesting buildings are dotted here and there, such as the communal village house, family temples, the public well and hamlet gates. Great moment for photo shoots everywhere. Visit a family to see and hear about the production of vermicelli. Drive back to the down town for lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum, the exhibition and the preservation of cultural heritages of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam. We will then transfer to the heart of Hanoi – Hoan Kiem lake for a gentle walk around the lake. Attending the traditional water puppet show – a must see while you are in Hanoi. Cool off at Bia Hoi corner before the tour ends.
