Da Nang – Quang Tri – Quang Binh (L, D)

Pick up at the hotel and drive north of Hue to Vinh Moc. On the way visit the ruins of Quang Tri Citadel where, in 1972, a fierce battle raged for 81 days. Its museum displays photographs, war remnants and artillery. Continue to visit the Hien Luong Bridge and cross the Ben Hai River, which demarcated North and South Vietnam.

The network of tunnels in Vinh Moc was built by locals to shield them from bombing by the US forces. The underground village took 18 months to construct, and for over 4 years more than 90 families lived in the 2 km long tunnels. The tunnels have 13 entrances, 3 levels and bomb shelters which go 23 meters into the ground. Lunch is taken at a local restaurant on the way.

After lunch, transfer to Dong Hoi, Quang Binh province.

Dong Hoi – Tomb of Giap General – Phong Nha Cave (B, L, D)

07:30: check out of the hotel. The tour guide will take you to visit the monument of Mother Suot, a female Labor Hero in the Vietnam War, who drove a boat carrying soldiers, wounded soldiers, and ammunition across the Nhat Le River in the years 1964 - 1967.

Continue to Vung Chua, the eternal resting place of General Vo Nguyen Giap - the great General of the Vietnamese people. You can visit and offer wreaths to pay homage to him Then departing for Phong Nha.

11:30: Arrive in Phong Nha, have lunch at a local restaurant.

12:30: Cruise up Son River to conquer Phong Nha Cave - Hidden in limestone mountains protected by tropical forests, a magnificent cave system with an underground river determined to be the longest in the world. You come to Cung Dinh Cave, Bi Ky.... Each cave opens up an interesting story about the masterpiece that nature has bestowed on this place over thousands of millennia.

At the end of the tour, check in and take a rest at the hotel in Phong Nha.

Phong Nha – Paradise Cave - Da Nang (B, L)

07:30 driving to Thien Duong Cave. Take an electric golf cart to the cave and start exploring Thien Duong cave. This cave is 31 km long, longer than Phong Nha Cave which had been considered the longest cave in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. The height can reach to 100 m and 150 m wide. The limestone formation is also more spectacular than that of Phong Nha Cave. The British cave explorers were impressed by the beautiful and spectacular stalactites and stalagmites inside this cave and they named it Thiên Đường Cave (Paradise Cave).
