Highlights
Day 1: Hanoi (D)
Pick up at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi. Transfer to the inner city. In the evening enjoy a performance of the unique Water Puppet and dinner at a colonial setting restaurant.

Day 2: Hanoi city and Cooking class (B, L,D)
After breakfast, we will proceed to Hoan Kiem lake to try egg coffee or black filter coffee in a dark, long established coffee house overlooking the charming lake. From 9 am – 1 pm, enjoy cooking class to learn how to make the famous Spring Rolls (Nem) and other dishes. Enjoy your lunch with what you have made. In the afternoon, we will visit Ho Chi Minh complex and museum of ethnology - The best museum of Hanoi with beautiful objects about Vietnam ethnology. Dinner with Cha Ca La Vong (grilled fish) consisting of river fish, turmeric, peanuts, noodles and herbs. Walk to “Bia Hoi” street for Hanoi draught beer before returning to your hotel.
Day 3: Hanoi - Halong bay (B, L,D)
Have breakfast at hotel, by vehicle to Halong bay through the lush countryside of Red river delta. Boarding and enjoy lunch while cruising. In the afternoon, we will visit one of the most beautiful cave (Surprising cave) in Halong bay. You are free to swim or go kayaking. Enjoy the cooking demonstration in the late afternoon. Dinner severed on the boat with fresh seafood. Enjoy night fishing or just relax on the top deck under thousands of stars.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hue (B, BR)
We will arise early for a morning exercise on boat. Follow by a light breakfast. The cruise continues to take you through the amazing islets, fish farm, fishing village while having your brunch before return back to the harbor. Drive to Noi Bai airport (Hanoi) for the flight to Hue.

Day 5: Hue city and cooking class. (B, L,D)
Pick up at your hotel in Hue, transfer to cooking school and Dong Ba market where the Chef will show you how choose ingredients and discover the market and local products. Start your cooking class where you will learn how to prepare a Hue Royal meal. The lesson includes 4 – 5 courses such as Vietnamese spring rolls, banana leaf salad… Follow by the lunch with delicious foods that you have just cooked. In the afternoon, we will visit Hue Royal complex and the tomb of Khai Dinh King. Late afternoon, we will transfer to the jetty for the boat trip to visit Thien Mu pagoda – a beautiful pagoda overlooking the river. It is one of the oldest pagodas in Hue city, was constructed in 1601. Enjoy a vegetarian dinner and try a glass of delicious sweet desert in a small lane.

Day 6: Hue – Danang - Hoian (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we will visit the Emperor's tomb. Mid - morning, we will drive south for Lang Co beach. Stop here for a short break or swimming if you wish. After lunch, transfer to Hoian town - the most charming one in Vietnam. Then, you enjoy the sunset on Thu Bon river and visit the villages of carpenters and ceramic where you can select many wooden art works to ship home. Dinner at Ba Le Well restaurant where the local Banh Xeo, spring rolls, sate, and other local favorites are severed.

Day 7: Hoian biking and Cooking Class at Tra Que village (B, L,D)
At 8 am, with our guide start biking toward Tra Que village from your hotel. Enjoy the countryside scenery on your two sides. At the farmer’s garden, the host will show you how to prepare the soil and fertilizing it with seaweed from the village’s lake. You also learn how to use the rake, to sow the seeds, watering, picking vegetables and many other gardening activities. Refresh and hanging out the village to discover, recognize and learn the usage of each herb. Back to the house to enjoy cooking lunch. Lunch is severed with local specialties including ‘tam huu’ spring roll, local pancake. In the afternoon, start biking back to Hoi An. Dinner with famous steamed rice with onion and chicken topping.

Day 8: Hoian. (B)
Today we will spend half day walking tour in the ancient town. Your guide will escort you around the narrow streets on foot as cars are not allowed. You visit famous Merchant's houses such as Tan Ky house and Phung Hung house and Fujian Assembly Hall originated from a Vietnamese pagoda. Continue to visit Vietnam's most iconic attractions, Japanese covered bridge built in 18th Century which is depicted on the 20,000VND note. Our last stop at the town's cultural show rooms to learn more about Hoian culture as well as Vietnam culture. Free at your leisure to get a tailor made clothes or just relax at Cua Dai beach.
Day 9: Hoian – Nha Trang (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Nha Trang. Free time to relax at the white sand beaches in Nha Trang.
Day 10: Nha Trang snorkeling (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will transfer to the pier. Boarding and cruise to Mun island - the best place for swimming and snorkeling, diving in the bay. Free to swim and snorkel in the crystal water to see various kinds of fishes, corals beneath. Enjoy the fruit snack on boat then having lunch at the restaurant on the island. More swimming and visit a fishing village or Tri Nguyen aquarium. Back to the pier, by vehicle back to your hotel. Dinner in a famous local restaurant that serves grilled Nem Ninh Hoa – a kind of sausage eating with variety of herbs and sauce.
Overnight in Nha Trang
Day 11: Nha Trang - Ho Chi Minh City (B, D)
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, a bustling city with street vendors, cyclos, temples, shops and colonial architecture. The afternoon trip will show you the real Saigon through the eyes of a local. Visit the bustling Cho Lon market and a hidden Chinese pagoda. The Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office and The old French style City Hall. Buy some tropical fruit from wicker baskets draped over a vendor’s shoulders. Dinner at Cuc Gach Quan where you will enjoy Saigonese music known as “Nhac Vang” while having great fixed family menu.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 12: Saigon - Mekong Delta Homestay (B,L,D)
By vehicle to Ben Tre, on arrival at the pier, take a motorized boat trip to cruise along the river to discover the local life. Stop at a brick workshop to see how Vietnamese people making brick by hand from the clay, visit a coconut candy home factory located along the canal to witness the process of making this famous local product in the land of coconut. Continue the rowing trip through the canals and stroll around the village to discover local culture, and to meet warmhearted local people. Have lunch at the riverside restaurant. Follow lunch, check in your homestay. In the afternoon, cycling around the village and visit a farmer’s house to admire his valuable collection of antiques. For those who is interested in agriculture, roll your pants and step into the wet rice paddies to try to be a real Vietnamese farmer working on the field. Go back to the host family to help them prepare dinner. Have dinner with foods have just cooked.
Overnight in Ben Tre (homestay).
Day 13: Back to Saigon (B, L)
After having breakfast, check out your homestay. You will visit the local market and the temple of the commune where you can see an old cycads date back a hundred year. The boat brings you back to the pier. By vehicle back to Saigon. Free to explore the city at night. Pubs, coffee houses, or dinner cruise on Saigon river is recommended.
Day 14: Cooking class – Departure (B,L)
Transfer to Ben Thanh market to purchase necessary ingredients for your cooking lesson. Cooking class starts from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. You will use Vietnamese kitchenware to realize and enjoy cooking 3 courses. Have lunch with what you have just cooked. After lunch, transfer to the airport for your flight home. Tour ends at the airport.
